Mrs Margaret Eke, one of the beneficiaries of the health programs of Amaraya Foundation,
yesterday paid a “thank you visit” on the CEO of the Foundation, Comrade Amarachi Ogu.
Mrs Eke, a widow from Obodo Ahiara who was rescued from a debilitating tissue gangrene via
intensive chemotherapy and plastic surgery at a Specialist Hospital in Adazi Nnukwu, Anambra
State could not hide her joy as she was introduced to the guests by the Director General, Kelechi Oguamanam.
With a heart filled to capacity with joy, Mrs Eke sang to the glory of God almighty for saving her
life through Amaraya Foundation. She told her touching story before a congregation of beneficiaries
of Amaraya Foundation’s Mathematics Competition and their parents. She told the congregation how Amaraya
Foundation picked her while she was in pains and sponsored her treatment in an Anambra State based specialist hospital.
