COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES

Our local communities are already choked in their struggle for survival. Plagued by debilitating diseases and harsh economic conditions, it is appearing for some that the battle of life is being lost. AMARAYA FOUNDATION works with community development strategies that provide an enabling environment for better livelihood; a society where talents are harnessed, and businesses are grown. This is done with the vision of reducing crime and whatever that reduces the dignity of the human person; reduce hunger, promote literacy and make indigenous communities independent economically, socially and agriculturally. AMARAYA is seeking to empower our communities by providing skilled labour training and subsidized crop and livestock farming, micro financing for local farmers, traders, small business owners and computer training for our youth.

AMARAYA Foundation is committed to helping orphans and children in local and rural communities. In her annual programme of visiting destitute homes, the foundation seeks to put a smile on the faces of children undergoing nursing care in homes.
