About the founder

Comrade AMARACHI KINGSLEY OGU in conjunction with his wife Anuli Yolanda Ogu, founded the AMARAYA FOUNDATION. The initiative of the foundation has always been attributed to the goodwill of his parents, the late Mr Pius Uzodinma Ogu and Mrs. Rose Chinyere Ogu of Lude Ahiara Mbaise Imo State, Nigeria, Comrade Amarachi Ogu has become a household name with his philanthropy.

Educated in Nigeria where he holds a distinguished (B.Sc honours) degree in Economics from Imo State University, Nigeria and also (M.Sc) in Business Management from the University of St. Thomas, Mozambique, Comrade Ogu has become an accomplished entrepreneur who has made breakthroughs in business.

Comrade Amarachi Ogu is the owner of two major flourishing Automobile Spare Parts companies: AMARK SERVICOS, LDA. and FIMEKS, LDA, the OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTOR OF ABRO INDUSTIRES INC. USA. His establishments have been part of the Apex shows to Germany (Automichanka show), China (Canton fair), United Arab Emirate and so many other business climes.

In leadership, he has a map. Comrade Amarachi Ogu was an executive member of
the Association of Nigerian Citizens Maputo, Mozambique and two term president of the association. He later became the National president, Association of Nigerians in Mozambique, a position he has had since July 9, 2016.

His philanthropy has endeared him to so many religious and social bodies who have at different times decorated him with laurels. Some these awards will include:

  • Ezenwa Nwere Ugwu award 2019, by C.W.O St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Lude Ahiazu Mbaise.
  • Ezi Oyi Nnewi award 2019, by Association of Nnewi Citizens in mozambique.
  • 2020 Award of Excellence in Business, Philanthrophy and Community Development by St. Joseph Catholic Chaplaincy , Imo State University , Owerri.
  • Ezinwanne award of Honour 2021 by Women’s Ministry Holy Trinity Anglican Church Ahiara East Parish.
  • Patron Ezinwanneamaka age grade 25 Lude
